The six parts of this training programme will give managers an opportunity to explore
and role play a variety of techniques under the guidance of an experienced trainer.
Each delegate will have an opportunity to identify their own management style and look at ways
in which they can adopt alternative styles in order to get the most out of their team.
They will learn how to use a simple process for successfully coaching their staff as a step
towards delegation.
They will examine and practice a process for objective setting, developing a tool that they
can implement as soon as they return to their office.
Most importantly, they will learn the importance of controlling how they communicate with their
team, how to foster positive behaviour and how to improve performance permanently.
