A goal is just a dream with a deadline”

This training programme is designed to help managers to overcome the challenges of managing a team and achieve their own objectives.

The modules will provide them with a number of processes and techniques to help them to get the best from their team and manage their time more effectively.

The course deals with generic management issues as well as those challenges specific to recruitment and sales environments.

The content is suitable for both producing and non-producing recruitment managers and will also be of benefit to those managing support and administration teams.

Implemented as part of a company-wide personnel development initiative, this programme can hugely increase the effectiveness and long term benefit of the recruitment development training.

The six parts of this training programme will give managers an opportunity to explore and role play a variety of techniques under the guidance of an experienced trainer.

Each delegate will have an opportunity to identify their own management style and look at ways in which they can adopt alternative styles in order to get the most out of their team.

They will learn how to use a simple process for successfully coaching their staff as a step towards delegation.

They will examine and practice a process for objective setting, developing a tool that they can implement as soon as they return to their office.

Most importantly, they will learn the importance of controlling how they communicate with their team, how to foster positive behaviour and how to improve performance permanently.
