Andy has worked in the recruitment industry
since 1988. Since those early days as a consultant and manager with Reed Insurance, he has held senior management positions
with Jonathan Wren (Adecco Group), and Indigoselection, the financial division of the Carlisle Group.
His experience as a Sales Manager, Marketing
Director and Head of Staff Development & Training has given him a wealth of experience to pass on to other sales
professionals.
Since establishing Pennington, Andy has
continued to develop his understanding of skills and behavioural development, enabling Pennington to provide a top quality
service to sales people and managers.
