Pennington—The story so far...

Pennington was formed in 2002 in response to the increasing demand for competent sales people in the recruitment industry.

Since that time, we have developed a range of training programmes designed to improve performance of sales people and managers within any industry sector.

Andy has worked in the recruitment industry since 1988. Since those early days as a consultant and manager with Reed Insurance, he has held senior management positions with Jonathan Wren (Adecco Group), and Indigoselection, the financial division of the Carlisle Group.

His experience as a Sales Manager, Marketing Director and Head of Staff Development & Training has given him a wealth of experience to pass on to other sales professionals.

Since establishing Pennington, Andy has continued to develop his understanding of skills and behavioural development, enabling Pennington to provide a top quality service to sales people and managers.
