As part of our commitment to providing the very best training material and working towards developing professionalism in the recruitment industry, Pennington Search has worked with the Recruitment and Employment Confederation to develop an “In House” training programme that complies with the REC’s requirements for the Accredited Induction Scheme.

This product is designed for companies who either have an existing training department and simply wish to join the AIS without having to develop a qualifying induction programme, or companies who would like to set-up their own “In House” training capability.

Pennington will provide a full course design service, train the trainer, training materials and REC pre-audited study notes for students.

Joining the AIS will enable you to run your own REC Certificate in Recruitment Practice courses, leading to the CertRP qualification. You will even be able to run your own examinations.

The course content covers all aspects of the CertRP syllabus and the REC provides members of the scheme with free advice covering training support, revision guides, practice exam papers, examination tips and regular update meetings for your trainers.
